Custom Order Policy Terms

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we require customer approval on a preliminary digital mockup before material purchase and order finalization.

Terms of Verification and Finalization:

• Mockup Review: A digital mockup detailing the proposed design (including colors, spelling, and design placement) will be provided for your review.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to thoroughly verify that all details within the mockup are accurate and meet expectations.

• Adjustments: Any requested changes or adjustments to the design must be communicated and confirmed while the order is in the mockup stage.

• Final Commitment: Once the customer approves the mockup and the order is formally placed, the design is considered final and locked.

• Order Placement Guarantee: Following order placement, we cannot accommodate requests for changes, replacements, or refunds based on errors (such as spelling, color choice, or placement) that were present and visible in the approved mockup.
